Prolly a good clean and lube of the motor, cable and pullies, mabe an adjustment in the little thingies that guide the window in the chance that they are causing some bind, and make sure your getting full voltage to the motor.
I had a problem with my GTV6 Power windows....should be called electrically assisted windows.........anyway I replaced the rubbers and cleaned everything and still they were slow. I eventually took the car in to my Alfa guy who found the motor was not getting a full 12 volts due to old contacts. A good clean of the wires and contacts fixed everyhing.
I'm just in the process of rebuilding a S4 Spider Speedo (Euro version RHD) I have just sorted out the electrics at the back of the unit and I would like to match the donor unit mileage to the actual cars mileage (one being in KM and the other in miles). Now I know taking these things...

Scales of rust? Are visible inside the tank

2. I should replace fuel tank, fuel sender and fuel filter at the minimum?
