$300 for the pair, plus shipping. Shipping (or pickup) from Moultonborough, NH
We pulled these seats from our '84 spider. Condition as pictures. Pans are solid, though modified to allow for some sort of tabs from the inside. These seats do not latch back, and we have been told they may have been from an earlier generation of Spider than ours. I will thrown in a brand new seat cushion that we never used, as we bought replacement seats instead.

Seat pans are from series I Spider. They did not latch, but nested in a plastic saddle.
If not rusted they are hard to find.
Cheers, Jon

I think these are from a 69 Spider. I think the tabs are fro. A 69. I could be wrong. Osso would know better. I've been trying to track a solid set down for my 69 Spider.

Hi. Here's my thought on the seats, FWIW. I think the seat pans, the hinge assembly and the rails are from a Duetto. I think the bottom cushions and the seat back assembly, including the headrest are later, maybe original to the car. It looks like at some point the pans were replaced with pans from a Duetto. The pans look pretty solid. If you look at the photos closely it looks like two slots were cut or ground one the front of the pans to accept the tabs for the later seat cushion assembly. It looks like the pans were also painted black (there are a few runs if you look close up).
