I have recently purchased an industrial sewing machine and the appropriate ( i think ) attachments to re sew my 1985 Graduate seats. The passenger seat stiching has become so weak the seat is coming apart. The vinyl seems to be in good condition so I have decided to repair them on my own. If this project works out OK I would be open to repairing (restitching) seats for other forum members. I have search the forum for insight into the challenge before me but have not come across the info i need most which is what I will find during deconstruction. Thanks in advance for any help in this. I plan to strip my seat soon as I need to have the car ready for inspection and a hillclimb in early may.
