I have owned a 1982 Alfa Romeo Spider for just over 15 years. I am in search of a mechanic in my area who can provide reliable service for my vehicle. I've tried a couple of mechanics who were not experienced with my make and model and I had little or no satisfaction with work done. Does any one know of a person in the Middle Tennesse area who I can contact for experienced mechanical help with my Alfa?

Emil at Autotech on Fesslers Lane in Nashville has worked on my cars several times, knows the car, and has always treated me fairly.

Thanks so much for your quick responses. I will certainly give your recommendations a call at set up an appointment to have my care checked out. A reliable, experienced Alfa mechanic is worth waiting for, especially considering the competency level of the fella's I've been dealing with. I'm having trouble with my car simply cutting off while I'm driving. Very uncomfortable feeling to suddenly lose power and stop... It always turns right over and takes off once I get it to a total stop and out of gear, but the cars behind me seem to get really irritated. This is a great forum. I'm new to posting, but I've received some great help and knowledge here. Love the line---"Leave the Keys in it..." Thank you again for all of the help
