Got what I needed... Thanks

I don't need the whole gasket set for my S3 84 Spider, I only need the gaskets for the throttle body and the oil separator vapor tube connector that bolts to the cam cover.
If you have them available, please PM me with the price.
Thanks
Les

Les,
We just rebuilt our '85 spider and these gaskets were not included in the "complete" engine gasket set. I used the old gaskets with a coating of Permatex sealant. It seemed to do the trick.

thanks, I can get away with my old oil separator tube gasket, but the gasket from the throttle body is shot and totally no longer usable, so I am at someone's mercy and hope they have one they want to part with.

I am sure you could make the throttle body gasket (nla) in a few minutes.......a thin sheet of paper like gasket material, I'd guess something like 1/16th inch....and cut one out.

Or just use permatex.....it only needs to seal against air.

thanks Dom, that is plan C, I have a few emails into the usual Alfa parts suppliers to see if they have any in stock. If not, I will find some suitable gasket material from NAPA or some other parts supplier and make my own.
