Anyone know how easy it should be to blow through the fuel return line into the tank? I have blown out the rubber hoses and steel line from the regulator back to the banjo bolt. The banjo bolt is clean through but it seems like there is resistance going into the tank.Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, did that too.Guess i will have to clean out the entry to the tank. The tank has been sandblasted and relined with a Por-15 kit.

So, following up.. Car was running rich and fouling plugs so i chased the plug in the return line right to the return inlet to the tank inside the bung. At the end of the threads facing rear of car there should be a hole to the tank. With some wd-40 sprays and hard 16 guage wire i managed to poke back through the crud and got some fuel dripping through. Then i put a line on and blew the rest out. Gas then flowed like a fountain.
I would recommend anyone with a rich running problem to check their return flow.
