I want to put one in:). I found this one http://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productdetails.asp?RecId=87
that's activated at 10-12 g's which sound like too much. Here's another one on Page 40 http://smartracing.net/pdfcat/srp2006_engine_fuel.pdf that's been tested on hi-po race cars that's probably (the same) or similar. Can you buy one for a "regular" car that's subject to "normal" impacts?

I spun out my spider and ended up in a ditch with a broken fuel line. The inertia switch did not stop the pump. There was gas everywhere.

:(Obviously a "lugging" of the engine situation ie: you weren't going fast enough:eek:
