I have a '59 Sprint that I am stripping to do a bare metal restoration. I haven't been able to find how to remove the lower trim strips on the doors, nor the inside trim on the upper part of the door that is attached to the window felt. Anyone have good ideas?

Reach under the doors and just behind the trim strips, and you will find studs that are attached to the trim strips. Remove the nuts from the studs and the trim strips should pull away from the doors. Same thing for the trim strips on the front and rear quarter panels.

It has been some years since I removed the trim pieces on the top of the doors, but as I recall you really need to remove the doors to do this. With the door panel and window removed from the door, looking from the inside of the door you will see metal strips that extend down from the trim pieces and are attached by sheet metal screws to attachment points within the door. As I further recall, I had a devil of a time getting those out.
