I need to remove some doors from my Berlina to repair some rust damage. For the front doors, I believe that I need to unbolt the doors from the inside (nuts in the kick panel and under the dash)

Is there anything that I should do before I remove them to mark alignment so that I can get them back on in aprox the same location?

Is there an easier way to remove theh doors?

I also need to remove my glue in windsheild. Any tricks to this? It's already cracked down the middle so I'm not worried about breaking it since I will be replacing it with a gasketed windsheild.

You can drive out the hinge pins, thereby not losing the adjustment you have. If original, Berlina ones are hollow, sort of giant roll pins, with plastic end caps. 8mm if I remember right.
I think a wire cutter fed through to cut the sealant is one way to do it. I approached the job once but got scared off, and gave it to a glass shop.

Hi , if your doors need adjustment then go down the route of unbolting them .
Otherwise its advisable to get a door hinge pin removal tool , that way you can limit the paint damage to the door surrounds .
Once you repair the doors , have a 'dry fit' as i call it which is to offer it in place to check clearances .
Trust me on this one , it's a case of if i knew then what i know now !
Can't help you on the bonded window problem .
Good luck !
