Hi ALl,
is it easy to replace the gasket around the rear windows on a GTV. Is there a tutorial >? Things not to do or guidances to follow.
Thank you for your help.

You basically have to remove the window first, then remove the lower stainless trim piece, and then the long stainless trim piece along the rain gutter, however it may be possible to just flip up the rear portion of the long rain gutter trim, as the gasket has rubber flaps which are place under the trim pieces. I have noticed the new rubbers aren't formed the same as OEM and you may get some buckling of the rubber where it has the angle at the rear most portion of the window. Not a bad job, just slow and involved. Been a while since I've done that, but as you disassemble it becomes apparent how to mount the new gasket.

Thank you so much for your answer. Will look at it and work on it. Not that I need to change it right away as I do not drive the car in rain but want this to look better than right now.
Thank you.
