The rear panel covering seat belt spools and some electrical wiring behind seats on a 1986 Spider Graduate (S3) needs replacing but I can't seem to find the part on the usual part replacements sites. Does the part have an official name it goes by?

Very satisfying to put this car back together but missing the hinge pin that the fuse box cover pivots on and of course, the knob that locks the fuse box cover in place.
