The rear panel covering seat belt spools and some electrical wiring behind seats on a 1986 Spider Graduate (S3) needs replacing but I can't seem to find the part on the usual part replacements sites. Does the part have an official name it goes by?

just go to a plastic shop, get a large sheet of 1/4 inch abs and trim to fit, will last longer and well be cheaper to build.. it called a parcel shelf

Thank you. Yes, self made replica out of plastic sheet or even plywood was my fall back. Just surprised the part is not listed anywhere (as far as I can tell) under the "interior" category. "Parcel shelf"...good to know.

plywood is good just paint it with fiberglass resin on both sides and edges to seal it from water

I used marlite. Lighter than plywood but some dense plastic would even be better I think.
