Did not do the rear but I did remove the front windscreen.
Nothing special, as in nothing Alfa specific, as I recall.
I found a youtube video or someone online giving some tips.

The key is to use 'piano' wire or any strong thin steel wire.
You push it through the seal at the edge ... so you end up with wire in the cabin and outside.
Then you pull the wire .. really using it to cut the seal .. you work your way around.
Like in a cheese shop... the cutting instrument is the wire.

Need decent handles at both ends of that wire (improvised with solid screw drivers) .. and some solid leather gloves, you should be good to go.

Only thing I recall paying attention to, was to try to cut moving towards the frame of the car and not towards the glass, since I was worried about maybe snagging into the glass and destroying the very thing I was trying to extract from that scrap car for my Verde.

Apart from that worked out pretty good .. for my first time
Good luck

...or use 4” pieces of an old broom handle/dowell...drill hole thru middle (crossways), poke wire thru, wrap wire around, tie off, tape over. Much nicer ‘handle’.
