Need to remove the rear brake rotors to replace parking brake shoes. Caliper off, screws out. Can't get rotor to budge. Recommendations?

There are two places the disc will stick.

First, be sure to retract the inner handbrake shoes fully. A ridge forms on the inner edge of the drum that will jamb the disc if the shoes are not clear.

Second (and most common), there is rust and corrosion where the studs go thru the disc. (BTYW - you have removed the screw haven't you?)

The studs are a press fit thru the disc and the axle. You can screw a nut onto the stud - preferably one of those closed top acorn nuts - and whack it with a big hammer, pushing the entire stud loose. Be sure to soak each stud with liquid wrench at the four studs.

apply liquid wrench around the centre lip and around the area the studs poke through.

and then tap (quite a sharp tap;)) all around the front of the disc/rotor just in the area between the studs with a metal hammer to break the corrosion.

......do not hit the rotor from the back!
