Please help with an info. On the dashboard on the left and right to the speed couter and Rpm counter there are 2 spies. Are them illuminated ? With what like position or changing direction light or something else ?

I am going to guess that your word “spies” is referring to the two, small lamps positioned one on each side of the two “speed counters”.

The light on the left side is to indicate if the starting mechanism (choke, or enrichening system) is engaged. This is to remind you to turn it off as the engine becomes sufficiently warm.

The light on the right side is to alert you that the cabin air fan is on. It is assumed you might not hear it running after you have shut down the engine, and would return later to discover a dead battery.

Alfa has a long history of powering its accessories directly rather than through the master switch. It is assumed you would notice the headlights, turn indicators, or wipers if you left them operating after switching off the engine. My personal experience suggests this is an optimistic view of human nature.
