Hi All,
I came across a book titled Racing Round the World (1920-1935) By the legendary Count Giovanni Lurani translated by John Eason-Gibson, publisher G.T. Foulis (London) no ISBN?

Count Lurani discusses having an accident with his 6C 1500cc and later returning the car to the factory in exchange for another 1500cc, this time having a temporary 4-seater car body installed to make it for his first event. After his first event it was then sent to Zagato to have a "Bambalina blue" 2-seater light weight body fitted in 1928.

It’s kinda nice that a separate chassis allows you to chose which body style you’d like to have on your car this year.....funds permitting, of course.

Hi all - how great that you have unearthed that book. It was written by my grandfather, and a very cherished text in my family!
