On one hand it looks simple, 2 nuts on mc, 4 securing booster on interior of car, on the other hand it looks tight between clutch mc and cam cover and head. I have heard you can disconnect the mc without removing lines with some wrangling, I'm just concerned as to how easy to remove the old booster and install the new one. Just like to go into this fuly aware of the gremlins that invariably bite us in the ***.

I have had the booster off both an Alfetta GT and a GTV6 without disconnecting any fluid connections on the MC. I did however open up the metal tabs on the firewall that captivate the brake lines, so that I could move the MC further forward.

Thanks for the tips, how snug a fit is the booster between them motor and clutch mc. 2 liter, to my eye there doesn’t seem enough room to pull it forward away from the firewall.
