The specifications for the T-arm to differential rubber bushings are published, but there are no numbers for polyurethane torquing.

Quit torquing when I saw the cotter pin hole but that's not science.

poly t arm bushings

I installed these earlier this year, and it had a white lube with the package. I also tightened the nut until the poly cones had set in the sockets, and lube was being expelled on both sides. And when the cotter pin hole appeared, I torqued no more. My theory is we don't want any free play in the assembly, but neither do we want added friction and undue wear on the poly.

But to verify, I took a big pry bar and checked for lateral play in the bushings. I saw none.
