My rear brake pads need to be replaced.

Scale of 1-10 one being a monkey could do it and 10 you need to be Edd China (if you don't know who Edd China is and you are a European car guy, then you are missing the best tv show out there)

Please advise. Special tools needed?

Thanks

I would give it a 6, replacing the pads would be a 2 or 3, but going back and doing a proper adjustment kicks it up to the 6 range, it is not hard, just takes a little while. A pass though socket makes a world of difference in how easy and quick you can adjust the pads, well worth the price from Lowes for the set if you need to do this more than once. Plan on adjusting the pads every 10k-15k miles.

Edd China is my Hero! I feel his pain when he does not fit inside these small cars, dashed my dreams too when he did not fit in the Lotus Esprit, doubt I would either.
