There must be a half dozen threads on these (no pun intended). Some folks bought some off of Amazon from China that were similar, most of the old time Alfa parts suppliers have them such as Afra WHEEL NUT ALFA. DiFatta probably has them as well.
I cleaned mine up with a dremel and a few of those abrasive buffer polishing ends....just removed and replaced them one at a time....took me maybe an hour
(Afra in Italy asks 260 bucks for the original type S4 nuts, and italien-car-parts in Germany asks 175 bucks for a set)
.... actually it's quite good therapy in these days of splendid isolation
