Hello, where is the best position for the passenger side mirror ?
Do you use the same position of the drivers side ?

You may need to move it rearward compared to drivers side mirror to clear a view from the vent window pillar. Someone on the ABB has posted factory recommended dimensions for the drivers side mirror.

I recently bought a set of mirrors for "Supah". Rectangular shape on a stalk. The one on the driver's side fits well to original holes on the door. On the passenger side with the same fit, the articulation does not allow the perfect orientation.

Think they should be made left and right. Stuck a small rectangular convex mirror on it. Works and does not intrude too much.

Back in the day:

In looking at pics of the Super I bought, new, in 1969, I had a "bullet" mirror mounted quite a bit forward on the driver's side. Looks too far forward nowadays.

None on the passenger side.

It worked well enough as I drove the car for nine years.

Same issue here, if i put the passenger side mirror symmetrically to the drivers the articulation is not good enough
