Hi Fellow ALFAholics,

I have two and a half GTV6 organ donor cars that still have plenty of bits left on their bones. One met it's maker thanks to a jay-walking moose, another to terminal chassis rust, plus one rust-free body that became one more than I need.

I may have sold most of the impossible-to-find bits, that are on the Holy Grail list. But, try me anyway. I also have a complete transaxle assembly for an Alfetta Coupe (clutch back to the wheels, including the deDion triangle). Several 2.5 motors, and one 3.0 Verde motor.

Check in with me if there are any parts I may be able to help with. My e-mail address is below.

Thanks, Peter

Hi Charli,

Sorry... sold my last decent one a while back? If that's the large double layer aluminum unit. If not, you can e-mail me a pic to show. Thanks.

Any other GTV6 goodies on your list?

Do you have any 27mm torsion bars or lowering springs?
Hi Max,

I have the shorter and longer torsion bars that were stock on GTV6s. But, have yet to become brave enough to remove them.

I have one set of rear coils... also stock for GTV6s.

Any other GTV6 bits on your list?

Unbroken front air dam in black? Sunroof hardware - not the lever or surround but the mechanicals/guides/plastic bits.

thanks
Hi Santafe,

On both those requests, I only have one last for each. BUT, those are saved out for my own project car. May have extras for the sunroof, eventually. But that's looking like a long ways off. Sorry.

Hi Peter

These threads keep popping up as new ones. It would probably help to post photos of the GTV6 shells, all of them, as well as photos of the parts you have...might help some of them find some homes before long. These things only last so long out in the elements! Motivation!

Hi Rob,

Sorry for the repetition. This is the only way I know to keep my parts availability alive. When I don't keep it fresh, I only hear from buyers who know me from the past. I'd have to build a new garage with shelving and labels if I offered each part individually. If I leave many of the parts on the car, it becomes much easier to find them when requested.

As you say, I will include some pix of the rust-free shell (which I'll see about removing the engine come Spring). Could use a good wash to show it off better, tho. Might appeal to someone who is facing thousands of $$ of bodywork to restore their GTV6. Starting with a solid shell, and outfitting it with details from their rusted out body, might be a more attractive option to some.
