I took it as a good time to service the engine so I checked the valve clearance, changed the oil, oil filter, coolant, a few hoses, plugs, plug wires and cap, PS fluid and belts.

First you stick the radiator back in. Next I put on the pulleys and the belts. You will find it very easy to put together because everything is clean and neat. I am not a mechanic but I can follow written instructions in the workshop manual so just go step by step.

First picture shows the radiator fans installed on the radiator and all in place. Next you can see the front of the engine looking down on the replated pulleys and brackets. The PS pump was just scrubbed clean and clear coated with UPOL however the PS hose fittings were replated.

The new cam cover along with the refinished head bolts can be seen. I have thrown in a picture of the front pulley as i took it off the engine. On an earlier post you can see what it looks like when back from the platers after being fully bead blasted. Quite a difference!
