The Parrot is a piece of junk and so are the speakers in the 4C.

I have the SD card and USB drive loaded so have hours of music on board. Connects automatically to my Nokia phone when I get in the car. Don't have to do much other than get in the car and start driving to have music playing. Usual caveats about playing the radio in this car apply; you will have problems hearing it at speed and while accelerating.

The Parrot really is a terrible and unintuitive audio system (I had to read the manual to find the power button, lol...), but I don't mind them sacrificing speaker quality to keep the weight down.

Well if you want to get some use out of it, you need to actually read the manual! Operating it has become second nature to me. I still get volume control issues at times. What do current 4C have installed?

Well sure for more complex stuff, but I've never had to read the manual to find the power button before. The power button looks like a "hang up" button to me. It's location right under the call button doesn't help that perception any

Mine is a 2015 and has the Parrot Asteroid. Not sure if the 2016s have something different.

The Spider ,and latest Australian coupes have a single DIN Alpine unit which looks even more of an "after-thought" than the Parrot, imho.

By the way, no 3G Wireless dongles will work with the radio; just pair your cell phone via Bluetooth.

Parrot is a real pile of junk, the one on my car regularly freezes, blanks out, and the volume knob has a mind of it's own, sometimes turn volume down causes the volume to go full high, a real distraction while driving. My car is currently at the dealer getting the Parrot warranty'd out and I just got a call from the Service advisor letting me know it's getting an Alpine instead. They are also changing out the harness, I just hope the don't cut anything or else I'm going to have a cow.

New Alpine is in, works much better as expected. Part of me wishes the Parrot worked better since it is somewhat unique to the LE cars but it's also nice to have a stereo that works perfectly and doesn't freeze and go to full volume on it's own.
