For those of you who have followed my ongoing blown-fuel-pump-fuse problem:

The fuse blew again today, and took the fuel pump relay along with it. I got a good bit of smoke, and it killed the pigtail connector that goes into the relay, as well as the inch-or-so of thick red wire that goes into the connector. I'm **** lucky a fire didn't start.

Enough of this nonsense. When finances allow, I'm going to have Sports Car Authority make the necessary repairs. I hate to do so, but I'm in over my head.

Thank you all for the opinions and advice you've given during this problem. I appreciate EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU for your contributions. I'd love to have this sorted out by the spring driving season, as the car is otherwise sound. I'll keep you posted on what Sports Car Authority finds. Cheers,

David
