Hosted by the Tulsa OK chapter of AROC, this year marks the 25th annual AROC Mid-Western Regional Fall Fling which will take place in Eureka Springs, AR on the weekend of 23-25 October. The registration form is available at http://www.stlaroc.com/images/Eureka_Springs_Registration.pdf
The event hotel is the Inn of the Ozarks Best Western. They can be reached at Eureka Springs Arkansas Hotel - Best Western Inn of the Ozarks and they are holding a block of rooms for "Alfa Club" folks until 23 September.
Here's the schedule of events:
Friday 23 October
Registration and Happy Hour: 3-6PM
Informal Dinner in groups: 6-8PM
Conversation and Happy Hours continues after dinner: 8-11PM (or later!)
Saturday 24 October
Gimmick Rally: Mid Morning
Banquet: 6:30PM (cash bar before dinner)
Sunday 25 October
Autocross: 9AM
Concours: 10:30AM
Awards Brunch: 12PM
