Our Goal-- nobody gets bored at AITBG

We are pulling all kinds of rabbits out of the hat to bring Alfas of all vintages to Alfas in the Bluegrass here in Lexington, Kentucky this year. Alfisti will have plenty to drool over in the parking lot and at the Concours (figure of speech... no drooling on the macchinas, please).

As the late, great Billy Mays would say, "BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!!"

Once we had made the decision eons ago to actually propose an AROC convention here for 2011, and even before the AROC Board had seen our proposal, we had agreed that there should be no reason why anyone attending, be they wife, girlfriend, kids, mother-in-law  -- anyone, should sit around with nothing to do while the guys were out ogling Alfas.

So, if you go to the website(Home ), and look at the EXPLORE page, notice we have not only Alfa Touring and three organized group tours, plus a Sunday morning Scenic Tour/Poker Run, but also a selection of Womens Activities, Kids Activities, and quite a number of easy and fun Self Guided Tours.

So whether your other interests are local scenery, history, hiking the outdoors, handcrafts, or architecture, you're going to spot something that you'll enjoy. Maybe take a morning, or early afternoon, take along the map or directions available for that tour or attraction, and explore our Bluegrass countryside for yourself.

The details on the Self Guided Tours will be posted very soon. Meanwhile, if you'd like more information, just ask.
