Yes, it's well sprayed. I have the seat cushion out and don't see any cord. I don't think the the trunk is locked, just siezed. I may take a pick to the key opening and see if I can pull the button out...work it back and forth to free it up. I probably shouldn't be that worried about it. The body is probably going to the junk yard anyway. All I want is the engine.

All the plugs are out now and the threads chased...plugs and wires ordered

My first Alfetta sedan was a blue one but with brown velour seats and interior. Was a 1975. LIked it because the transmission/diff was sportier in it's gearing than the later 78 we owned. The 78, in comparison to the 75, however, did not rust worth talking about, the rust occurences easily fixed, in 180k miles with us.

Compression:
#1-- 150
#2-- 110
#3-- 110
#4-- 80...went to 150 with oil added

Probably stuck rings stuck on #4. Hope it will free up with use.
