I screwed up and bought 2 water pumps. The item is brand new, just received it today. You will receive the water pump (large pulley) and the gasket. This is a 2 outlet water pump for 1968 and onwards with alternator.

Cost is $80 plus shipping. If US shipping then it will be around $16.

FITS: Non-US variants without Spica. Applications: Alfa Romeo 1750-2000, Giulia, GT, GTA, and Spider

Unfortunately i can't vouch for that. All of the classic parts suppliers say that this is for a 1300-1750 that has 2 house outlets and an alternator setup 1968 and forward.

Won't fit 1750 with Spica. The Spica pump belt gets in the way of the angled downward port. So Spica-compatible pumps have a horizontal lower hose fitting, not angled downward.
