Hello! I just bought a 1974 GTV 2000. This is my first Alfa and I am really excited. I am Italian, so this is very fitting :)

I do own a bunch of old Land Rovers and work on those all the time, so I would assume I will be constantly fixing and tuning the Alfa. Right not it does not run and the paint is complete crap. I would like to restore it at some point. Maybe take everything out of the shell and get that sprayed up and rebuild it.

It was too good of a price to turn down so why not.

She needs some work as the engine doesn't start and the paint is gone. It will make a good raccoon nest for a bit :)

It was a good price and I've always wanted one so why not.

She's got potential!

With rising appreciation of these you've got lots of room to fix her up.

Yeah for the price I got it for I am very happy. I'll rebuild the engine etc. I've never had a car shell painted and need to find out roughy how much it will cost

Alot. If you have room you might consider doing this yourself. Or at least most of the prep.
