Yes was in Bay Area and made bread for 40 years. Now getting beat up by Alfa guys!!! But loving it.A caliper is one of a mechanics's best friend.
Remember Webers like low pressure, under 3 PSI.
You don't need to worry about the metal fuel lines.
All the changes will take place under the hood.

Thanks for your input.I'm with you, but my son is the one who wants everything by the book.I don't think you have to use metric. If memory serves it's 3/8" line. Metal line should be the same size. I've had no issues using normal old imperial line with mine. If you need a regulator and don't feel like spending big bucks on one of the glass ones, just get a Holley 1-4psi regulator. Should be like $20.
