Guys we need prayer for the weather and the people here in SoCal.

This fire looks far worse than the one 4 years ago. We are evacuated but safe at the moment

thanks, bob

This is a sad site for me as SD is my home town. My mother had to evacuate yesterday at 4:30 in the morning on a reverse 911 call.
Their house is OK but covered in soot. They are staying up all night to keep an eye on their and neighbors houses in-case the spark up from embers!

Also my brother who is a dentist in SD is taking toothbrushes and toothpaste to all the firefighters today because there is a shortage. If I where there I would be helping him out.

I hope all is well with those in SD and LA. I feel bad for the people who have already lost their homes.

It is already heading to the beach areas now. Del Mar, Encinita's, etc... Not good! We already have lost enough and now the beautiful beach areas. ****. My aunts house where my Mother was evacuated to in Del Mar may have to evacuate as well.
I am praying for you all.
Reminds me of the fire we had a few years ago in AZ.
May our prayers be with all being affected. I have lived in SD three times and remember the one time we had a Santa Anna wind in Otay Mesa in SSD below Chula Vista and my furnace fan came on from heat of wind to cool off furnace in middle of late summer or early fall.

I will add you all to prayer list tonight at our men's club church meeting.
Goats you have our prayers here in northern CA as well!
update from SD

Prayer works -- keep it coming especially for those less fortunate than I, the folks in Harbison Canyon, Apline, Rancho Bernardo, north poway, RP, RSFetc

We are back at home, all is fine. I am convinced that prayer held the ear of the Lord and He calmed the winds -- dead calm right now, a blessed relief as the forecast was for continued high winds and gusts through tomorrow.

My home is sooty and a bit dusty and dirty but I am home and all is well

Please keep up the prayers for those in need

my sincere thanks
bob
