need hose to idle actuator

I've got a crack in the hose that runs from the air intake hose to the idle actuator. For some reason can't find the parts diagrams at Alfa Parts to get a part number to identify proper replacement hose in DiFatta Brothers parts list. Anyone know what the part number is? Is the hose still available (no listing at Alfa Parts, Centerline or International Auto)? Do I need to jerry rig a hose from stock material?
