I hadn't seen it, so I watched the entire series, and really enjoyed it.

Thanks for sharing!

Just watched it as well. Thanks.

I'll use it for inspiration while working on mine over the next couple of weeks.

I love how he removes the intake system unworried about getting the gaskets or parts. Not even a mention. He was more worried about getting the right headlamp.

England must still have Alfa Dealers that stock parts. No worries!;)

As I search more and more - I have found a # of good quality suppliers over there. Several of which I 've heard about through the BB.

Funny - I was thinking the same thing about the worry over a headlamp

The UK MOT should have failed a car with LHD headlamps. It was illegal so they were right to get it fixed.

And yes, it is relatively easy to get most service parts such as the rubber carb mounts. I just had to do mine but the PO had obviously had problems sourcing the paper gaskets as he put it all back together without them; not even a smear of sealant.

Hi Cosmo-

Do you know of any suppliers for Spider Quad emblems / badges ?

Before I have the car refinished, I wanted to first gather new items such as exterior door handles, trunk (boot) lid chrome, badges etc. The ones I have now are ok but if I could replace them with new ones then I'll consider the effort worth it.

I've tried the usual "Alfa" specialists in the U.S and the ones I know of in Italy. No luck and I'm told they are no longer available.

Any leads would be appreciated!!

Thanks

Click on it again, and once the first one finishes, you should see the next two video clips listed on the screen. Then you can click on the second one, and so forth... It's worth watching all five...

Best regards,

Someone posted this a couple of months ago, I enjoyed it so much that I watched all of their episodes. Very entertaining stuff.
