Maybe someday in summer meet in Ravenna? or Summit racing parking lot? or where ever...
Yes, that sounds good xrad. I really hope to put quite a bit more miles in this year once the salt leaves for good. Compared to the last couple years, this won't be difficult and I'll settle for 'where ever' at this point. :p

By chance, does your father own an Alfa as well? Perhaps I'm thinking of someone else . . .

Just a heads up if anyone is looking to get together this summer. July 17-18 the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix Marque of the Year is the "Marques of Italy" There are expected to be about 250-300 Italian Cars on the snowfield. More details here: www.cortilepittburgh.org

Once i get finished with the duties of Marque of the Year chairperson this year I'm going to probably plan a few other events and perhaps some touring down to a private Italian car collection in West Virginia... I'll post more if you folks are interested...

New to the Alfa Romeo scene and I was wondering: Do the AR club members and shows accept, respect the somewhat forgotten and short lived Alfa Romeo 164. I know there is a specific post site for the 164 but I'm reaching out to other, more respected AR model owners. Like I said; new to the AR but not classic cars and it appears the 164 is looked at by other AR owners as the "AR Mistake". This 1993 I recently picked up to me is a great looking car; inside and out and is a blast to drive. Don't want to pull up to a gathering and get the "Thumbs Down" form others....opinions welcomed.

Hi , I'm in Canton...anyone else near here???
I'm not sure this thread is still active, but I expect to pick up a 1988 Alfa Spider Graduate this Friday. I live in North Canton -- and am trying to locate a trustworthy mechanic who works on Alfas. Any suggestions? I'm still searching this BB for ideas. Many thanks!

I'm in Canton. No Alfa yet, but planning to pick one up next month. I'll be doing my own work as usual (lift, compressor, and tools in the garage).
