Since this seems to be bumper month, can anyone help in identifying this right rear bumper piece? I bought it off ebay cause it was listed as fitting a 65-68 Giulia/GTV. But it isn't. Any ideas? Berlina maybe?

Seems the majority vote is it's for a 115.01 GTV. Won't fit my 105.44 so is anyone interested in it? I'll even polish it for ya.

Mystery bumper

I too have a mystery bumper which may fit into this GTV thread. It is a rear one-piece-chromed bumper. It is straight, and the chrome is "good as it gets" with old bumpers, and should polish out well. I picked it up for my 69 GTV, but then realized it was not the stainless, multipart bumper original to my car. Whoops. Mistake! Could it be from a Giulia GT, GTA? Any interest?

I would bet that it is for a first series GT, '64 or '65. You might want to put a pic up in the for sale section. These are hard to find in chrome steel.

That chromed steel one piece rear bumper is off of the first Giulia Sprint GT's into this country. My first Alfa, supposedly the 6th Sprint GT made, second one into the States, had those one piece bumpers.

Should be worth a ton to an owner of one of those cars.

That's what I pointed out also !!
He should post it on the BB for sale if he wants to sell it. Early one piece chrome bumpers are rare !!

One Piece Rear Bumper

Barry,

Yes, early 105.02 Giulia Sprint GT. They were one piece at least through 8/65 (when mine was built), chromed steel. Front was also one piece.

Sending a PM.

Despite the £ taking a beating against the $ in recent months thanks to our talented socialist government  I'd be interested in the rear bumper if it's for sale and the asking price isn't too steep (I was out of the country when the original post was made two weeks ago, grrr). Please send me an EMAIL so I can see a photo or two?

Thanks,

Alex.
