for my '91 spider, does anyone know when the light should come on, by that I mean what should trigger it? I replaced my oxygen sensor, and ran for a few minutes with it diconnected, which I thought wouldhave triggered the light to come on but it did not. it does come on when first starting the car, so the light itself works fine. The light also did not come on when my air intake plenum was quite loose, lighting in "false air" so I awondering if some sort of circuit is not working properly. I have not tried to pull any of the codes, if there are any.

It could take almost 5 minutes for the light to come on with the O2 unplugged and not working, the ECU gives it time to reach operating temps, try it again...Isn't this a 3 wire O2 sensor? Should be heated...
