The seller says that there is no evidence of a respray, but the tipo plate certainly looks to have some evidence of one, since there appears to be red overspray on it.

True, Montreal's usually have engine compartments painted in black. It looks like someone painted the tops of the wheel wells red to match the exterior.;there is also overspray around the wiper mechanism. It looks like they also repainted the top of the air box (with a broom) and apparently taping off labels was not their strong suite... I noticed a headlight ring is missing, drivers door trim is taped on (Giorgio has the trim fasteners) and the (later model) seat belt retractor is high on the 'b' piller and the right rear carpet is missing but overall it looks pretty presentable. The interior looks really nice and clean.
