Montreal Electronic Ignition Units

I had a company called Plasmatronics rebuild a set for me, they work great. They take the original housing and install modern electronics in them. I believe they are in NY.

thanks you guys a miilion. got some good leads now. i bought 2 from afra in italy, cost an arm and a leg, and both units failed. it is the msd units that i have been told will work, so i will check this out fist. thanks again, a million

I have Crane Cams Fireball XR700's on my Monty and it works perfect. Made in U.S.A.

These guys have them for half the price. I've bought some stuff from them and they are very helpful. It's also good to have a friend who knows german.

once again. thanks a million you guys. AMS seems to be a veritable goldmine!! do they have a website in english? is there a contact at the company that one can contact for english??

I wish!! Had to get my buddy who knows German to translate for me. Lots of Montreal stuff, prices aren't bad either. A very dedicated business to keep Montreal's up to spec. and the owners are very good, at least according to my buddy who translated the letters for me.
