Milano rear caliper block ASAP

In search of the rear distribution block that the rear caliper lines meet. It stripped out and also the driver side line going to it is stripped. I don't know if there's an alternative but if I can get the exact I would feel much better.

I have a spare one for a 105 car. I think that the three ports are the same but it is mounted differently. I will give it to you if it would be helpful.

Anybody know the thread pitch/size of the rear hose size going into the block? I think I tracked some potential options down as far as a different junction block.
