Anyone here have ANY tech info on the NLA heater blower resistor?

Is there something specific you want to know? It's made from resistive wire, and lives in the airflow of the airbox because it dissipates quite a bit of heat. If yours is broken I've heard of people repairing it using high temperature silver solder.

Or you can just live without it and use the blower on high only. The resistor has been known to cause fires for Milano owners who haven't cleaned all the leaves out of their airbox.

IIRC, there is a fusible link with it and I replaced one once. It is a test of my memory but I think that I got the FL from Radio Shack. I bet that there are a few broken ones out there that just need that fix.
I sold all of my Milano parts to alfajp and there was probably a blower resistor in the collection. I am almost sure that he no longer has a Milano. You might want to try him.
