I'm buying an 87 Milano Gold that has rusted around the rear fender wells. Do the rear quarters come off and if so how difficult of a job is it?

actually it is the wheel arch that has the damage. it's not completely through but am sure that there is most likely some corrosion on the quarter panel itself. i guess my question really is how are the wheel arches secured? are they tack welded in place or a screw?

IAP had patch panels, part # 93395, for the rear arches but I don't see them in the current catalog. Might be worth a call.

Others vendors may still have them.

Thanks guys. I found a set on ebay of all 4 for $250 is that worth it? I'm a long time admirer first time buyer. Going to check it out in a few hours as a matter of fact and have been waiting for this moment all week. My girlfriend doesn't know I'm buying it or even know that I'm looking at it due to her being on vacation for a month. Maybe she'll be ok with it :D
