Hi Folks-

Does anyone know of a replacement for the ATE wheel speed sensors for the Milano ATE ABS system? In particular, I need a left front (driver's side front). They all look like standard permanent magnet "sensors", so I don't quite believe ATE's (and Alfa's) claim that each corner is unique--but when I've tried a RR on the LF--it doesn't work (i.e. I can get 100 mVAC or so out of the sensor, but the ABS light comes on after I start moving).

Anyone have a spare LF sensor? Anyone found a usable replacement?

Thanks.

Pat

none I know of. The wires seem to be made of crap. I have saved a few by splicing in new coax. But then the wires seems to break right at the sender.
I have thought about getting some of the cheap ford or what ever that cost like $5-$10 and see if that could be made to work.. a lot of the newer types have a plug on them.
the fronts on the alfa next to the header get cooked and the inner insulator seem to go bye bye and the shield just shorts to the inner conductor.

I have both front sensors that were working when removed, wires are good.
I won't be able to get to them until next week, but let me know if you still need them.
