Came with a parts car. Appear to be on Spica manifold and use solid mounting blocks.
Any info appreciated. Apparently popular with the Datsun marque.
Cheers. Jon

basically japanese copies of Solex 40PHH (I don't mean fakes, but made under license as you also find Solex made in japan, with "SOLEX" on them)
yes, Datsun, toyota et al.
Probably worth something to the Japanese car guys.

They're great carbs!! Had 3 of them on my 3.0L Datsun Z stroker motor and we ran them on a 510 Pro Rally car.

Guys used to ask what the difference was between Mikunis and Webers.
Our standard smartass answer was: "You don't have to re-jet Mikunis every time a cloud comes overhead".

Thanks for all the info everyone. We plan to tear them down and do an inspection. If we can reasonably resurrect them and offer to the Datsun group that's the plan.
Cheers, Jon

I have 40mm Mikuni CV carbs in my Spider, and they are really solid.

Decided to them from experience: Back when we were pro-am karting, Mikunis were all we used on our shifters (outside of the odd project or two with cool Tillotsons and IBEAs.)
