Any knowledge of a mechanic with a good understanding of old Alfa Romeos in the Santa Cruz area - would prefer on coast down to Carmel/Monterey rather than "over the hill" San Jose way. I have a GT 1300 Junior. Many thanks

I don't live up there and have never used Phil's. But one of my Alfa-owning friends raves about him.

I did spend time with Phil. When you see his shop you may be a little dismayed but perservere as the experience will be good. We made a date on which he test drove my new Lady and inspected her underpinnings too on a lift. He demonstrated his complete knowledge and confidence in these cars - we agreed what had to be done and I returned a weel later when he had received the parts. Everything was done as agreed at the cost estimated and my Lady seems very happy. I would recommend Phil.
