That's the 3/4" cylinder. Not an easy find. I've taken 1" cylinders and sleeved them in stainless with a made up iiston for these, but the 1" cylinder restored gives a firmer pedal with a bit more effort. Those are pretty common.
From my experience.

I would buy a new 3/4" master cylinder from Classic Alfa. I do not like to rebuild used master cylinders because the bore wears out and crashing your car will cost you more than $400.00 which is the price of a new master cylinder. I also killed myself when my master cylinder failed in my 101 Sprint Veloce.

Rebuild with Warranty

I have 2 OEM from Alfa for my Duetto. I sent one to White Post Restorations in White Post Virginia. They bored, lined it and rebuilt it. They give you a Lifetime Warranty with it. I have the other one ready to be rebuilt. They did my Dunlop caliper and slave (rear).
