While I haven't used Lucas directly, friends who have report positive experiences.

Evidently, Lucas only sells tires - don't mount & balance them - so from my perspective it's easier to order from Longstone and have the tires arrive at my home, than to drive 45 min up and back to Long Beach, since I'll have to handle the mounting anyways.
