Hi all,

I bought a workshop manual for my 1300 Junior (1970) hoping to find out which grades of oil to use...

... but also after browsing through this site I'm still not knowing what I want to :(

Could somebody please tell me which grades (weight) of oil I should use for
- gearbox
- engine
- differential

in order to have good lubrication?

Many thanks in advance! :D

There is regular or synthetic, and you can get lots of opinions. I use regular oil, 20/50 in the engine, and 80/90 in the trans and diff.

Come on lowmileage,

It's a project of intercultural exchange, so I thought I might buy an italian girlfriend for my 2 british guys. :p

I had another discussion on the same topic, and the hint was that for the trans, a high-pressure oil should be used for the special geometry of the diff.

Can somebody confirm this?

Best regards
