I'm looking for a recommendation on a shop (or an individual) who can do some reasonably simple machining on an Alfa part. Silicon Valley or Peninsula preferred.

There is a great shop in Pacifica but can not remember the name. You can also cal Richard at Continental Motors. He is in Sunnyvale and give you a lead. What are you working on?

My mechanic checked with Rich and he didn't have any ideas.

It's an aluminum GTV steering support shaft. Mine is cracked, and the replacement I got from APE uses a smaller bushing. I just need to get one end of the shaft reamed out by 1-2mm to accept the bushing I have.

I got a lead from a guy at work on a shop in Santa Clara, if it works out I'll post some details.
