Wanted to by spare fuses , and opened the black round cover of the fuse box on the left side of the steering wheel. There were 14 tube fuses that were all covered with a one piece protective see through plastic cover. There were some writing on the plastic but in Italian, and no indication of what the voltage of each fuse. Don't want to remove each fuse as I'm not having any electrical issue now.

Does anyone has a fuse box diagram handy.

Much appreciated. BTW, my 82 is an L Jetronics.

I do not know for sure but I doubt it.
That's funny. Since I don't have power windows, that means that fuse #1 is a dud. There is a fuse in the #1 slot, but I guess it's just for show. Now, that's a mystery!
