I have the complete arrangement you are looking for.
Cam cover with the dips to clear the air cleaner tube.
Air cleaner assembly that sits on the exhaust side.
Air box and the cover with the wing nuts, for the intake side.
I recently bought a '67 step nose and it came with a lot of extras parts, these included.
